Invitation to the General Meeting 2023

Dear Members,

we hereby cordially invite you to the General Meeting of the

Europäische Stanzform Union e.V., Neusser Str. 26, 40667 Meerbusch, Germany.

The meeting will take place on

22.09.2023 at 9:30 am CET at

Novotel Amsterdam City, Europaboulevard 10 – 1083 AD – Amsterdam – Holland.

The meeting will be held in English.

By September 19, 2023, we will provide you with handouts via email and for download on our website.

If, after the opening of the General Meeting on September 22, 2023, at 9:30 am, we determine that less than 50% of the voting members are present at the meeting, the meeting shall be deemed not to be quorate. The meeting will then take place 30 minutes later with the same agenda, according to the statute. The General Meeting is then quorate without regard to the number of members who are present.

Note: Proposals for the General Meeting and proposals for other items on the agenda must be submitted to the Executive Board in writing at least 15 days before the date of the General Meeting, stating the reasons for the proposal, as per Statutes §9.4
